Welcome to Haleria AI Chat Assistant. These Terms of Use govern your access and usage of Haleria, ensuring clarity and transparency in our services. By using Haleria, you agree to the following terms:

1. Trial Period

Haleria offers a free trial period, during which no charges will be applied.
After the trial period ends, usage-based charges will apply as per the selected plan.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

If you upload files and consume usage during the billing cycle, and then choose to cancel your subscription, no refunds will be provided for the consumed resources.
If you do not use the system and no usage-related costs have occurred on Haleria’s end, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Monthly Quota and Usage Limits

Each customer is allocated a monthly quota based on their subscription plan.
Once the quota is consumed, additional usage will be charged as per the selected plan.
Customers have the option to set a capped amount to limit their expenses.
Customers can authorize Haleria to charge automatically when the usage exceeds the set limit.

4. Service Usage

Haleria AI is designed for automated conversations and assistance. Users must comply with ethical guidelines and refrain from using it for harmful, abusive, or illegal activities.
Any misuse of Haleria that violates these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Haleria does not store or use customer data beyond the scope of providing AI-powered assistance.
Uploaded files are processed securely and handled in compliance with data protection regulations.

6. Modifications to Terms

Haleria reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
Your continued use of Haleria after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
